Hello Kitty and Cupcakes

My Aunt has recently asked me to be the party planner of her going-on-two grand daughter’s birthday. The theme for the party is no other than Hello Kitty. Being the party planner, I have had to do multiple things such as create a pin-the-bow on Hello Kitty game, decorations, a smash cake, and of course, cupcakes. When I say smash cake, I mean create a cake that the child can play in to create a great photography session. So this meant I had to make a Hello Kitty cake. But my Aunt did not just want one cake, she wanted two.  So two she got. The photography session went very well. If you are interested in photos, her website is here.

Her little Granddaughter is absolutely adorable.

Another thing that comes along with being a party planner is making samples. This required me to make sample cupcakes for them to try.

For the cupcakes, we decided to go with simple flavors. Hopefully the party will be a wonderful success. Who does’nt love Hello Kitty and cupcakes?
